I'm in Stephanie Fugal's Women's Health Class...and we discussed the importance of prenatal vitamins. I cannot stress how important prenatal vitamins and overall prenatal care is in general! I've heard that it is so important to be taking these vitamins right from conception because of all of the growth in the first trimester of pregnancy.
